Refund Policy

At VRINDAVAN DIGITAL MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, we deal in electronic products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction through fair and transparent practices.

When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds may be considered only if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the product has been shipped or delivered, refunds will not be applicable. Customers must raise refund requests within a reasonable time from the date of order.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method used at the time of transaction. All refund requests must be submitted with complete and accurate details for review.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable for delivered products, used items, or products damaged due to misuse. In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered strictly at the company’s discretion.
