When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds may be considered only if the service engagement or project work has not yet started. Once development, implementation, or service delivery has begun, refunds cannot be issued. For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days through the original payment method used at the time of transaction. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with complete and accurate details for review.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable for completed work, partially delivered services, or projects where resources, time, or effort have already been utilized. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered strictly at the company’s discretion.
