Return & Cancellation Policy

At VRINDAVAN DIGITAL MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and fair return and cancellation process for all electronic product purchases.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered. Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
• Items showing signs of misuse or damage will not be accepted

Refund After Return

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, usage, or manufacturer restrictions. Such conditions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
